At Benoa Swim, we want you to love your new suit, which is why we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags and liners intact within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
